Art of Nothing Press
There is nothing subtle about being a poet.
We see this press as an opportunity to allow these nothings to be part of something.
This something is a collective healing/enlightening/honesty/confession.
Rather than simply being a commercialized press, we want to be honest and open to all.
The world and flowers are screaming.
Nothing is subtle, so we take these earthly pieces like an odyssey of their own.
Bukowski once wrote in “nothing subtle,” “there is nothing subtle about dying/ or dumping garbage or the spider/ and this fist full of nickels…”
Language is a construct, and somehow, it moves us.

Who We Are
Here at Art of Nothing Press, we understand the difficulty of getting published. There are many opportunities, but the standards of what is "acceptable" are high - even in modern living. What about the art of writing and visuals that is the epitome of art, which is meant to shock and/or create an uncomfortable atmosphere? Well, as rejects, honest artists and writers, we have created this space for all art, as long as it's true and holds the potential of the creator. We get it.
